Our story
Both owners came to Moab drawn by the landscape, the community, and the desire to build a life here. They began their careers in the service trades, gaining hands-on experience in handyman work and plumbing while working for established local companies. Over time, they saw an opportunity to raise the standard — not only in the quality of craftsmanship delivered to clients, but in the way a construction company treats its team.
With that vision, they founded the company to do business differently. Our commitment is simple: provide exceptional service, deliver high-quality work, pay a living wage, and foster a positive, respectful work environment for everyone involved.

Miles - CEO
Miles serves as our General Contracting Lead and Chief Executive Officer. With a background spanning multiple construction trades, he brings a well-rounded understanding of the building process from start to finish. His hands-on experience allows him to effectively coordinate projects, guide crews, and ensure that every phase of work meets our standards for quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
As CEO, Miles also oversees the business operations of the company, building strong relationships with trusted local partners and subcontractors. His collaborative approach ensures that every project benefits from skilled professionals who share our commitment to excellence. Through thoughtful leadership and attention to detail, he helps maintain the level of service and reliability clients have come to expect from Moab Contracting Collective.

Our COO Aaron is the technical backbone of our plumbing operations. With years of hands-on experience, he tackles the tricky plumbing challenges that most people shy away from — and that few can solve correctly. His calm problem-solving and high standards ensure every job is done safely, efficiently, and built to last.
